 This blog is about the Workers The Zisebenzi in full meaning is a slang from abasebenzi which to me is  a Marketing  concept.The need of this blog will help and initiate the Workers  plight.Mainly,what does the Worker needs:

1.Fair Treatment:Equal work equal salary.            2.Openness continual engagement.Don"t come with the crisis always.They need also an input.    3.Continous Upgrading.They want to know what's your long term planning about them.        4.Method of Communication  must be cordial.It shouldn't  be a Boss approach  which includes the moderate  language  and avoid the abusive  language.                                                                        5.Your work Relationship should  show that you care about his/her life like when you are greeting: 'How are you Mr  X  today? Is everything  right at  home?" That makes your Worker's heart warm.That can be an issue.           6.Have informal sports and a day off monthly that can make them.                                                    7.A Performance  Bonus of 10% of their salary in just mid month can put  extra motivation.

Why the Machinery Labour is more Valued?

I have asked myself why  the Employers  prefer  the Machinery than Human Labour. Guess what? I have discovered: 1.The Machinery  might be expensive  temporary  but in turn they are reliable. 2.The Human Labour  would periodically  demand increment. 3.The Machinery can work long hours. 4.The Humans have stipulated hours. 1.The Machinery might be expensive temporary but in turn they are reliable.  The Machinery is effective,productive and some of  these machines can work automatically  and minimized  the labour. 2.The Human Labour keeps on  demanding  an increment.The machine demands electricity  or fuel or both.
