After reading your profile's from LinkedIn,I 
thought to be more relevant to your careers.I think all the past posts were
relevant to you because they dealt about the behaviour and the background of your
co-workers as well their characters and where  they  came from.You need to know 
beyond their Academic levels.

A Human nature changes from time to time.Just like a car which needs a renewed service,your manpower also should be "checked" their level of commitment.
I called it  Labour Assessment from Time to Time.
