Usually the Production is planned on machinery,transport and supportive material.The Personnel side is thought later and be just be remembered  as "peanuts" because  they cannot live without  us.They come as a coincidence  or with respect they  are put at the end of the line.As the Production  increases more manpower  will be needed or more extra hours which translates more money.The inflation bites and the Employer must keep up with it.

2.Departiure Time

3.Overtime incentives 
4.Normal Payment
Payment shall it increase annually  with inflation.
This is across the board.Don't forget your in-house  Worker/s as well as your Gardeners. The Government  Servants are slightly  different  because  the Government  will tell you that the increment will depend on the tax collected.Usually the  labourer- government  negotiations ends up in Labour Courts.

I have asked myself why  the Employers  prefer  the Machinery than Human Labour. Guess what?
