Labour's Fate

Very few Employers who take their Employees serious.Some of the Employers see it when the production stops because of the labour disputes.In the previous post I discussed this topic at length.

I would like today to state the world stage economy and what does it mean to the Employer and Employee.Take the following steps:
1.Reduce your Expenditure.
 I know we are living in difficult times but   you have to sit down with your family.The   Wants should be scaled down.The basic   balanced food should be the order of the   day including entertainment.
 2.Bank 10% of  your salary.
 You may start with 5% and increase and.   put it to a reputable financial institution   with a good history.
 3.Dont Experiment a new product with         your money where you  overheard and         convinced that it will be working.
 4.Dont borrow money for food or for     unnecessary needs.If you do,you must   have a good plan how you pay it,based on   your monthly salary or income.

In-Depth Child Labour

The  child labour is not well classified. Why the Machinery Labour is more Valued?

I have asked myself why  the Employers  prefer  the Machinery than Human Labour. Guess what? I have discovered: 1.The Machinery  might be expensive  temporary  but in turn they are reliable. 2.The Human Labour  would periodically  demand increment. 3.The Machinery can work long hours. 4.The Humans have stipulated hours. 1.The Machinery might be expensive temporary but in turn they are reliable.  The Machinery is effective,productive and some of  these machines can work automatically  and minimized  the labour. 2.The Human Labour keeps on  demanding  an increment.The machine demands electricity  or fuel or both.
