Building Responsible Labour

Our Education does not accommodate the Labour education at an early stage.They are not taught at lower level in their school life until few by choice study labour laws at minor entry.

The reality is that those children will be employed or employee or business people.

What will happen?                                          They will learn through lawsuits,strikes, labour legislation, labour behaviour, labour misbehaviour and that will lead to production loss or  decreasing the profit. There are other people who like to be "above leverage"

Here is the proposed labour curriculum for children:

1.Work Situation Explanation from the children                                       Gr.1-6.              where the Working hrs.           6-8 hrs.            2.The  Right to Work to have a Business:             The  Production,Productive Rights.                                                                      Gr.7-9.                3.The Meaning of Labour Dispute and how to Resolve.                                       Gr.10-12

In-Depth Child Labour

The  child labour is not well classified. The concerns are -children participating in pop singing,choir singing and most of the creative art they are not paid. -even in the churches,they sing in church choirs.If the church gets offerings,then the singers should be blessed too. -including the rituals and  cultural participation must be paid if the money is available. -The child slavery is covered by Talent Search or the so-called Talent nourishment Then, we come  to the child labour in -the farms  -the family under the pretence of upskilling them for future.This is not a problem  as long as the child doesn't work for more than 2hrs per day.The child must allowed to mix with his/ her group. - The child must given the duties which could be according to his/her  ability and strength and be allowed to rest in between. -Dont make the children  carry heavy objects. Why the Machinery Labour is more Valued?

I have asked myself why  the Employers  prefer  the Machinery than Human Labour. Guess what? I have discovered: 1.The Machinery  might be expensive  temporary  but in turn they are reliable. 2.The Human Labour  would periodically  demand increment. 3.The Machinery can work long hours. 4.The Humans have stipulated hours. 1.The Machinery might be expensive temporary but in turn they are reliable.  The Machinery is effective,productive and some of  these machines can work automatically  and minimized  the labour. 2.The Human Labour keeps on  demanding  an increment.The machine demands electricity  or fuel or both.
