Why the Machinery Labour is more Valued?

I have asked myself why  the Employers  prefer  the Machinery than Human Labour. Guess what? I have discovered: 1.The Machinery  might be expensive  temporary  but in turn they are reliable. 2.The Human Labour  would periodically  demand increment. 3.The Machinery can work long hours. 4.The Humans have stipulated hours. 1.The Machinery might be expensive temporary but in turn they are reliable.  The Machinery is effective,productive and some of  these machines can work automatically  and minimized  the labour. 2.The Human Labour keeps on  demanding  an increment.The machine demands electricity  or fuel or both. The State of Labour

Our Labour in South Africa is worried  by the change  of the  Government.Their  worries is based on: 1.Job Security  2.Salaries 3.Hiring  4.Life Improvement 5.Financial  being 1.Job Security  There is a belief in Employees Circle in both Private and Public sectors that it may happen in this GNU, they will be rentrenched for the sake  of Profit.We have seen the hostility  of both the Private and Public Sectors  twisting,undermining  the Labour Laws. 2.Salaries The Labour does not have  hope that their Salary will improve because the Public Sector taught and led the Private Sector to be hostile.The past 3 years  the increment was between 0 and 5%. 3.Hiring There's no hope  that People will get the jobs because   economic climate as the Employers are not prepared to loose 0.000005% of their profit. 4.Life Improvement  The Labour expects that the cost of living  will  be  higher and thei...

Tough Times: Part 1

The Tough Times have arrived.The Employer  looks at his/her profits.The Government  does not want to temper with  her budget. I have found out that the most of these  problems are caused by: 1.Not Enough Planning. 2.Not have  a clear vision. 3.Non Anticipated Growth/Stagnancy. 4.Greediness. 5.Too much  Government/Management interference. 6.Competition. The list  is endless. research The Unions do make their  formal and informal about their company.At the same time other Unions neglect or deny the  company's  expenditure because  they  would  see the  flashy cars which is driven by the  Management. Next  time I shall  outline the  structure  of  how does the Company as well as the Private Sector.
